“2nd time visit. I had a pleasant tender who happens to be 'the new guy'. Kyle was knowledgeable AND receptive to new information. Those are probably the two best things to be as a fledgling medical cannabis consultant. Danny is also very good at what he does. I knew to plan to stay longer this visit. My first visit was amazing - I knew what I needed and so did the blond genius. As soon as I said it, she had exactly what I wanted...starting with more than 2 to pick from. She and I then had a coolio little scavenger hunt for about 60 seconds and bang, in and out in less than 5 minutes. If you know me, I don't do anything in 5 minutes, lol.
The actual store is well organized and easily perused, and there is plenty of staff. I didn't feel like I needed to hurry. I'll definitely be back.”

No hurry or visable body language saying oh im annoied hurry up and choose. Actually she informs me of quite a few of the strains of concentrate I end up getting. “Today was a good day. Brooke was my bud-tender. She was knowledgeable, down to earth, very polite and most importantly, I actually believed what she told me;she was genuine. Until today, I haven't frequented your shop in quite a while. The last two times I left extremely annoyed. I DO NOT like the hard sell. It's as if some of your bud-tenders don't hear what you're trying to tell them because they've been programmed to sell, sell, sell whatever the certain product of the day is. Maybe you could try a different approach. Ask questions and listen. More Brooke. Less Used Car Salespeople mentality.”
